**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with the creative team to brainstorm ideas and develop concepts for original web series scripts.
- Write engaging scripts that capture the audience's attention and keep them coming back for more.
- Develop well-rounded characters with distinct personalities, motivations, and arcs.
- Create compelling dialogue that feels authentic and drives the story forward.
- Incorporate feedback from the creative team and make revisions as needed to refine the script.
- Ensure consistency and coherence across episodes, maintaining continuity and resolving plot points.
- Adhere to project deadlines and deliver high-quality scripts on time.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a script writer, with a portfolio showcasing original scripts for web series or other digital content.
- Strong storytelling skills and the ability to develop engaging narratives that resonate with the target audience.
- Excellent command of the English language, with a knack for writing compelling dialogue.
- Familiarity with the unique storytelling conventions of web series and digital platforms.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work under tight deadlines.
- Flexibility and adaptability to evolving project requirements and feedback.

**Salary**: ₹10,685.23 - ₹33,592.07 per month
