**Responsibilities**:

- Creating digital content, marketing messages, and video scripts for various projects and ensuring that the content is relevant to the business units’ current focus to drive conversion.
- Accountable for creation of training materials, covering topics from a company product and Services standpoint as well as broad coverage around topics ranging from onboarding, compliance, communication, soft skills, and other skills.
- Conduct high-quality research, and edit and proofread texts.
- Manage multiple brand guidelines, keeping content style and tone of voice consistent.
- Collaborating with your team members - curriculum creators, instructional designers, marketing strategists, designers, coders, and other equally talented eccentrics - to consistently deliver polished, award-worthy work
- Keep up to date with trends in branding, marketing, advertising, and related communications industries
- Create summative and formative assessments to measure learning outcomes.
- Reviewing and revising existing content based on quality and technical correctness.
- Responsible for working with the designers and generating the error training material.
- Edit other writers’ work in a constructive and informative manner, based on Learning and Development guidelines.

Skills Required
- Can juggle multiple projects and tasks at once
- Culturally immersed and passionate about emerging technology & trends
- Flawless knowledge of spelling and grammar with the ability to break rules as needed.
- Excellent communication (spoken and written) and presentation skills
- Visual communication & user experience research
- Microsoft powerpoint and microsoft excel
- Ability to work within a team in a coordinated manner
- Proactive, well organized, and a thorough planner
- Demonstrated effective time management skills
- Growth mindset and ability to receive feedback on content with an open mind
- Creative mind and storytelling skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent, Fresher

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Kochi, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Content writing: 1 year (required)
- total work: 1 year (preferred)
