**What You'll Do**:

- Coordinate and negotiate freight shipments between carriers and shippers.
- Build and maintain relationships with carriers and shippers to ensure smooth transactions.
- Manage freight logistics, including scheduling, tracking, and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Provide exceptional customer service to both carriers and shippers.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market conditions to make informed decisions.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in logistics, transportation, or freight brokerage preferred
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
- Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving abilities
- A positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow in the role

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
