**Job Title: Special Educator**

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement **Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)** tailored to each student’s unique needs.
- Design and deliver engaging, adaptive lesson plans that accommodate diverse learning styles and abilities.
- Use evidence-based teaching methods and therapeutic approaches, such as **ABA therapy, behavior modification, and playway therapy.**:

- Monitor and assess students’ progress, adjusting teaching strategies as needed.
- Maintain clear, consistent communication with parents and guardians about student progress and development.
- Create a positive, inclusive classroom environment that fosters confidence, independence, and social-emotional growth.
- Participate in professional development programs to stay current with best practices in special education.

**Qualifications**:

- Diploma or Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Special Education, Educational Psychology, or a related field.
- Certification in Special Education.
- Minimum **1 years of experience**required.
- Proven experience working with children with special needs, preferably in an educational setting.
- Strong understanding of different **learning disabilities, including ASD, ADHD**and other developmental disorders.
- Knowledge of therapeutic interventions like **ABA, behavior management techniques and academic skills.**:

- **Excellent patience and interpersonal skills.**

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience with assistive technologies and adaptive learning tools.
- Training in behavior management and crisis intervention.
- Creative problem-solving and flexibility in instructional approaches.

**Working Location : Kharar (Mohali, Punjab)**

**Job Type: Part-time**

**Expected hours: 2 PM - 7:30 PM**

**Salary - 7000/- per month**

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: ₹7,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Commission pay
- Overtime pay

**Experience**:

- Special education: 1 year (preferred)
