We are currently seeking a dynamic and motivated Marketing Executive to join our team and drive our business development efforts.

**Position Overview**:
As a Marketing Executive focused on Business Development, you will play a vital role in promoting our civil lab services and building relationships within the industry. This is an exciting opportunity for a recent MBA graduate looking to kickstart their career in marketing and business development in an environmentally-conscious company.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote our civil lab services.
- Identify and engage potential clients and partners in the civil engineering sector.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
- Assist in creating marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, and online content.
- Collaborate with the sales team to support business development initiatives.
- Participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities.
- Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies as needed.

**Qualifications required**:

- MBA in Marketing (Fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A passion for sustainability and environmental initiatives.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with digital marketing tools is a plus.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
