**Job Title**: Teacher cum Coordinator for Kids

**Timings**:

- **Monday to Friday**: 2:00 PM - 6:00 PM
- **Saturday**: 10:00 AM - 2:00/3:00 PM
- **Sunday**: Off

**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities:1. Educational Support (Cambridge Board)**
- Provide **tutoring** and structured study plans based on the school calendar.

**2. Activity Management**
- Organize and manage **extracurricular activities** (sports, music, arts) in coordination with parents.
- Track progress and schedule practice sessions for **musical instruments and sports**.

**3. Calendar and Routine Management**
- Maintain a **detailed calendar** for school, extracurricular, and personal activities.
- Set reminders for important events and ensure kids are well-prepared.
- Establish and encourage a **productive daily routine**.

**4. Organization and Care**
- Keep study areas **clean, organized, and motivational** for learning.
- Schedule weekly **cleaning and organizing** activities, instilling discipline in kids.
- Manage necessary school and activity supplies and track inventory.

**5. Holistic Development**
- Mentor kids in **time management, discipline, and self-reliance**.
- Foster a **positive learning environment** that encourages creativity and growth.
- Maintain **regular communication with parents** regarding progress and updates.

**Qualifications & Requirements**:

- **Bachelor’s or Master’s degree** in Education or a related field.
- Prior experience in **teaching or coordinating roles** with children.
- Strong **academic and extracurricular management skills**.
- Excellent **communication, patience, and interpersonal abilities**.
- **No use of gadgets (phone/iPad)** except for educational purposes.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Ability to provide **timely updates** to parents about schoolwork, tuition, activities, and behavior.
- **Basic music knowledge** to support kids in musical practice.
- Understanding of **child psychology and development needs**.
- Familiarity with **digital tools for scheduling and learning activities**.
