**Position**: Customer Care Executive Intern

**Location**: Vaishali Nagar, Jaipur

**Duration**: 4 Months Internship

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and company policies to customers.
- Assist customers in navigating our website and placing orders.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and effective manner.
- Record and maintain accurate customer information in the system.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless customer experiences.
- Assist in maintaining customer satisfaction through excellent service.

**Requirements**:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to handle customer inquiries with patience and professionalism.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with using a laptop.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Must be located in or willing to relocate to Vaishali Nagar, Jaipur.
- Laptop is mandatory for this position.
