**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Participate in Tenders**: Actively manage and participate in tenders on the GEM portal and other relevant portals.
- **Bid Management**: Prepare, submit, and follow up on tender submissions in a timely manner, ensuring all necessary documentation and compliance requirements are met.
- **Market Research**: Monitor and identify relevant tenders and procurement opportunities within the IT and electronics sectors.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with the internal team to gather required product information, pricing, and technical specifications for tenders.
- **Compliance & Documentation**: Ensure that all bids meet the necessary government and organizational compliance standards.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- **Tendering Knowledge**: Strong understanding of the tendering process, particularly in the IT and electronics sector.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective client correspondence.
- **Attention to Detail**: Ability to ensure accuracy in bid documents, compliance, and deadlines.
- **Problem Solving**: Strong ability to troubleshoot issues and provide timely solutions during the tendering process.
- **Time Management**: Ability to handle multiple tenders and meet strict deadlines.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Familiarity with government procurement procedures.
- Knowledge of the IT and electronic products market.
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

**How to Apply**:
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
