**Job Title**: Typist

**Department**: Administration / Office Support
**Location**: Veppampattu
**Reports To**: Administrative Officer / Principal

**Job Purpose**:
The Typist will be responsible for accurately typing and preparing official documents, reports, letters, and records for the institution, ensuring error-free and timely completion of assigned tasks.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Type official letters, circulars, notices, and reports with speed and accuracy.
- Prepare and maintain records, data entry, and documentation as required.
- Proofread documents to ensure error-free formatting, spelling, and grammar.
- Assist in preparing examination papers, student records, and internal communications.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive documents and institutional records.
- Organize and file typed documents in both digital and physical formats.
- Provide administrative support to HR and other departments when needed.
- Coordinate with staff for document-related requirements.

**Qualifications & Skills Required**:

- Minimum qualification: Graduate / Diploma (Any discipline).
- Proven typing speed of **40-50 words per minute** with accuracy.
- Good knowledge of formatting official documents.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work under deadlines with efficiency.

**Key Attributes**:

- Confidentiality and integrity in handling documents.
- Punctual, disciplined, and reliable.
- Good communication skills (English and regional language preferred).
- Ability to multitask and support various administrative functions.

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
