**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop, implement, and manage digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms (Facebook, Instagram, X/Twitter, YouTube, Google Ads, etc.) to boost political outreach.
- Create and schedule engaging content, including posts, reels, and short videos, that align with campaign messaging and objectives.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on performance metrics (engagement, reach, conversions) to optimize campaigns in real time.
- Manage social media accounts, respond to audience engagement, and ensure consistent political branding.
- Coordinate with the creative and content teams for graphics, videos, and ad creatives.
- Execute paid ad campaigns (PPC, display ads, social media ads) to maximize visibility and voter reach.
- Stay updated on political trends, election cycles, and emerging digital platforms to craft timely and impactful strategies.
- Perform competitor analysis and identify new growth opportunities.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Executive or similar role, preferably in political campaigns, media agencies, or election management firms.
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms, SEO/SEM, Google Analytics, Facebook/Instagram Ads Manager, and digital marketing tools.
- Ability to create engaging, data-driven strategies for audience targeting and outreach.
- Excellent understanding of social media trends, political messaging, and voter engagement tactics.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to improve performance.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and during critical campaign periods (including weekends or extended hours if required).

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Political Science, or a related field.
- Hands-on experience with election campaigns, political PR, or issue-based advocacy.
- Basic design (Canva/Photoshop) or video editing skills are a plus.
