**About the job**

Qualification: BE/B.SC(Chemistry, Metallurgy, chemical)

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Drafting office action responses for USPTO/EPO, preparing FER responses for IPO, and performing and evaluating various types of patent and literature searches including validity searches, prior-art searches, patentability searches, and freedom to operate searches
- Conducting in-person meetings or telecon with clients to understand technical inventions for carrying out patent drafting assignment

**QUALIFICATION, SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS**
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (preferable) in the field of Chemistry, Metallurgy, chemical
- Registered to practice before the IPO (Patent Agent in India) is preferred not mandatory
- Adequate understanding of patenting procedures and patent laws of the US, EU, and Indian geographies
- Exposure to patent databases, for example, Orbit, Thomson Innovation
- Excellent communication and presentation skills. Must have good technical, written, and verbal communication skills in English.

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
