Conduct comprehensive patent searches to assess patentability, freedom-to-operate, and validity.
- Analyze search results and provide strategic recommendations to clients.
- Perform prior art analysis to support patent drafting and prosecution efforts.
- Identify key players, emerging trends, and competitive landscapes within specific technology domains.
- Prepare detailed patent landscape reports to assist clients in making informed business decisions.
- Work closely with inventors and technical teams to capture inventive concepts and ensure patentability.
- Manage the patent prosecution process, including responding to office actions and conducting examiner interviews.
- Provide technical expertise and support to attorneys in patent litigation matters.
- Assist in the analysis of infringement and validity issues, as well as claim construction and expert witness preparation.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, providing strategic guidance on patent portfolio management.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their business goals and align IP strategies accordingly.

**Salary**: ₹9,387.31 - ₹47,537.50 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
