**Key Responsibilities**
- Act as a communication link between shippers and carriers across the U.S.
- Negotiate rates, confirm loads, and ensure smooth shipment coordination.
- Build and maintain relationships with drivers, carriers, and customers.
- Track shipments and provide regular status updates.
- Ensure all load details and documentation are accurately updated in company systems.
- Collaborate with internal teams for smooth daily operations.

- **Graduates (any stream)** with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable working in the **U.S. Night Shift**.
- Quick learners who can adapt to a fast-paced, target-driven work environment.

**Required Skills**:
