**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with the design and product development teams to create innovative tile designs influenced by the latest industry trends.
- Research and analyse ongoing and upcoming latest industry trends and translate them into creative tile patterns, textures, and colours.
- Assist in the conceptualization of new tile collections that resonate with modern style and consumer preferences.
- Work with different departments (e.g., marketing, production) to ensure designs align with market demands and manufacturing capabilities.
- Support the development of prototypes and coordinate design reviews with senior team members.
- Stay updated on global latest industry trends, interior design innovations, and consumer behaviour to enhance product offerings.
- Present ideas and concepts to management for feedback and approval.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Designing field.
- Strong knowledge of current and emerging latest industry trends.
- Proficiency in design software (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, AutoCAD) is preferred.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work under guidance while bringing fresh ideas to the table.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
