Graphic & Visual Communication Design:

- Create visually appealing graphics, illustrations, images and layouts for various projects, including marketing, promotional & organic materials, digital assets, landing pages, social media, and presentations.

Creative Collaboration:

- Work closely within team and with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, development, and product owners, to understand design requirements and objectives. Work with external agencies for print, production, etc. Report on a regular basis to the Team Leader and Manager.

Typography, Artwork, Images and Layout:

- Demonstrate a strong understanding of typography, artwork layout, images, photography, and composition principles to create visually engaging designs. Maintain digital assets and due respect to copyright materials / holders.

Adaptability:

- Stay updated on design trends, tools, and technologies, and incorporate innovative design solutions.

Brand Consistency:

- Ensure brand consistency across all design elements and communication channels.

Collaborate with the marketing team to maintain and evolve brand guidelines.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field.

Proficient in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).

Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects.

Excellent understanding of design principles and visual aesthetics.

Detail-oriented with excellent time management and organizational skills.

Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively within a team.
