**Role Overview**

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team in Ahmedabad. In this full-time, on-site role, you will play a pivotal role in shaping Accqrate’s visual identity across multiple digital channels. You will be responsible for producing high-quality graphics and video content that effectively communicate our brand story, support marketing initiatives, and enhance user experience.

**Key Responsibilities**

Visual Content Creation:
Design eye-catching social media graphics, website visuals, marketing materials, and ad creatives while ensuring brand consistency.

Develop infographics, icons, and other branding elements to transform complex information into engaging visual content.

Video & Motion Graphics:
Edit promotional videos and create motion graphics for social media, digital ads, and product presentations.

Digital and Web Design:
Contribute to website design improvements and UI/UX enhancements (knowledge of Figma is a plus).

Collaborate in the development of landing pages to optimize user engagement.

Collaboration & Innovation:
Work closely with the marketing and creative teams to develop visual storytelling strategies.

Participate in A/B testing initiatives to refine and enhance creative outputs.

**Primary Skills and Qualifications**:
Technical Proficiency:
Expertise in Adobe Photoshop, Figma, and Illustrator for graphic and branding design.

Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro for video editing and motion graphics.

Creative and Detail-Oriented:
A strong sense of creativity, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to meeting deadlines.

Basic understanding of UI/UX principles to contribute effectively to digital design projects.

**Educational Background**:
Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Film Production, or a related field.

A compelling portfolio that showcases a blend of design and video projects.
