**About the Role**

We're looking for a dynamic and motivated **Operations & Growth Associate** to work directly with the **Founder of Datastraw Technologies** across multiple business verticals. This is a hands-on, multi-functional role where you’ll gain exposure to **sales, client communications, operations, strategy, and more.**

Datastraw is a **tech-enabled, human-driven solutions partner** helping small and medium enterprises streamline and scale their backend operations. We specialize in automating backend customer support (CS) and operational workflows while also managing end-to-end CS operations for our clients.

**What You’ll Do**
- **Sales & Growth**: Assist in lead generation, outreach, and follow-ups with potential clients.
- **Client Communication**: Support in managing client interactions, responding to queries, and ensuring smooth coordination.
- **Operations & Execution**: Help streamline backend processes, track deliverables, and support internal operations.
- **Strategic Initiatives**: Work on special projects, market research, and data analysis to drive growth.
- **Founder Support**: Assist in daily tasks, scheduling, documentation, and ensuring priorities are met.

**What We’re Looking For**
- A **self-starter** with a strong willingness to learn.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to **multi-task** and work in an unstructured environment.
- Strong **problem-solving** and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Google Suite, and a knack for tech tools is a plus
