Job Title: Food Quality & Production

Department: Production / Quality Assurance

Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced professional to oversee food quality control and production activities. The role requires ensuring compliance with food safety norms, hygiene practices, and production efficiency while maintaining the highest product quality.

Key Responsibilities:
Monitor daily production processes to ensure compliance with quality standards.

Conduct in-process quality checks (raw material, finished goods).

Ensure food safety, hygiene, and sanitation practices are followed across the production floor.

Collaborate with production team to reduce wastage, rejections, and deviations.

Perform sensory evaluations, shelf-life studies, and product testing.

Document and maintain quality records, production logs, and audit reports.

Coordinate with procurement to ensure quality of raw and packaging materials.

Assist in training workers on quality and hygiene practices.

Support internal & external audits and ensure timely compliance.

Key Skills Required:
Strong knowledge of food safety standards

Hands-on experience in production and quality assurance in food industry.

Ability to handle quality inspections, root cause analysis,

Knowledge of lab testing, microbiological parameters, and sensory analysis.

Good communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications:
B.Sc. / M.Sc. in Food Technology / Food Science / Microbiology or related field.

3-6 years of experience in Food Production & Quality Control.

Industry: FMCG / Food Processing will prefer

Pay: ₹11,500.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
