**Job Summary**:
The Production Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily production operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and safety standards are met. This role involves managing a team of workers, coordinating schedules, troubleshooting issues, and improving production processes to meet company objectives.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Production Management**:

- Supervise and coordinate daily production activities to meet targets.
- Ensure efficient workflow and optimize resource utilization.
- Monitor production schedules and adjust as needed to meet deadlines.
- **Team Leadership**:

- Lead, mentor, and train production staff.
- Assign tasks and ensure accountability among team members.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback.
- **Quality Control & Compliance**:

- Ensure products meet quality standards and specifications.
- Implement and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Maintain compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
- **Process Improvement**:

- Identify areas for improvement in production efficiency.
- Implement lean manufacturing and cost-saving initiatives.
- Work with management to optimize production processes.
- **Safety & Maintenance**:

- Enforce workplace safety guidelines and policies.
- Ensure equipment is maintained and functioning properly.
- Report and address equipment malfunctions and safety hazards.

**Requirements & Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Manufacturing, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a supervisory role within a production/manufacturing environment.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Knowledge of production planning, quality control, and lean manufacturing principles.
- Ability to troubleshoot production issues and implement solutions.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with safety regulations and compliance requirements.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience with ERP or production management software.
- Six Sigma or Lean Manufacturing certification.

**Work Environment**:

- Fast-paced manufacturing or production setting.
- May require standing for long periods and occasional lifting.
- Flexible to work in shifts as required.

Pay: ₹10,892.94 - ₹27,816.00 per month
