**Job Overview**:
The Production Supervisor in Stitching is responsible for overseeing the stitching department, ensuring efficient production processes, maintaining high-quality standards, and managing a team of stitching operators. This role requires leadership, attention to detail, and the ability to manage both production schedules and worker performance to meet organizational goals.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- **Education**: 10+2 with diploma or equivalent; a technical certification in têxtile manufacturing or a related field is an advantage.
- **Experience**: At least 5 years of experience in an **orthopaedic** products stitching or garment production industry, with a minimum of 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.

**Knowledge**:
In-depth knowledge of stitching techniques, sewing machines, and production processes.
- Understanding of quality control practices in stitching and garment production.
- Strong understanding of health, safety, and regulatory compliance in manufacturing environments.
- **Skills**:

- Strong leadership, team management, and communication skills.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.
- Proficient in using production software and tracking tools.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to monitor and improve processes.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
