Key responsibilities of a Visual Merchandiser:

- **Develop and Implement Visual Merchandising Strategies**: This includes creating floor plans, designing product displays, and selecting materials and props.
- **Source and Manage Materials**: They locate and purchase items like mannequins, lighting, signage, and other display fixtures.
- **Maintain Brand Standards**: Ensuring consistency across all locations in terms of design, color palettes, and store layout.
- **Create and Maintain Displays**: This includes window displays, in-store displays, and promotional setups.
- **Collaborate with Teams**: Working with design teams, marketing, and sales teams to ensure displays align with overall brand goals.
- **Train Staff**: Instructing store staff on proper display techniques and maintenance.
- **Monitor and Evaluate Performance**: Tracking sales data and other metrics to assess the effectiveness of visual merchandising efforts.

Skills required for a Visual Merchandiser:

- **Creativity and Design Skills**: Ability to develop innovative and engaging displays.
- **Problem-Solving**: Finding solutions to logístical challenges and budget constraints.
- **Communication and Interpersonal Skills**: Working effectively with various teams and suppliers.
- **Organizational and Project Management Skills**: Managing multiple projects and ensuring deadlines are met.
- **Knowledge of Visual Merchandising Principles and Techniques**: Understanding how to use color, lighting, and layout to create a compelling shopping experience.
- **Research and Trend Awareness**: Staying up-to-date on the latest design trends and consumer preferences.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
