Hard Good Merchandiser for Noida

A hard goods merchandiser is responsible for managing the lifecycle of hard goods products, from sourcing to final sale, ensuring they meet quality and cost standards while aligning with brand guidelines and maximizing sales. Their role involves developing merchandising strategies, analyzing market trends, and building relationships with suppliers and buyers. Key Responsibilities:
- **Product Planning and Sourcing**:Develops and implements merchandise planning strategies, identifies new suppliers, and negotiates pricing, terms, and lead times.
- **Sample Development and Quality Control**:Oversees sample development from concept to production, ensuring quality control standards are met.
- **Supplier Management**:Builds and maintains strong vendor relationships, monitors supplier performance, and ensures adherence to quality, delivery, and compliance requirements.
- **Order Lifecycle Management**:Oversees the entire order lifecycle, from product sampling and development to production and delivery.
- **Sales and Profit Optimization**:Analyzes sales data, market trends, and customer feedback to optimize product assortment, pricing, and promotions.
- **Collaboration**:Collaborates with design, product development, and sales teams to ensure products align with brand guidelines and meet market needs.
- **Market Research and Analysis**:Conducts market research and competitor analysis to inform purchasing decisions and stay ahead of the market.
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
