Job Summary

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and present creative design concepts for various interior spaces.
- Collaborate with clients to determine requirements, preferences, and budgets.
- Create drawings, layouts, mood boards, and 3D renderings to visualize design ideas.
- Select furniture, materials, lighting, colors, and finishes.
- Ensure adherence to building codes, safety regulations, and sustainability standards.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to deliver on schedule.
- Oversee installation, coordinate with contractors and vendors, and perform regular site visits.
- Stay updated on industry trends, new products, and design technologies.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an Interior Designer with a strong portfolio.
- Proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D Max, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.).
- Excellent project management and organizational skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
- Attention to detail and space planning expertise.
- Certification from a recognized interior design body is a plus.
