Job role:
As the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) you will be responsible for providing strategic leadership in shaping the brand's identity, expanding its reach and establishing its presence in local and international markets.

Job description:

- Build, develop and drive the Team to take forward the Brand.
- Define the brand's unique value proposition and positioning in the market, leveraging consumer insights and competitive analysis.
- Foster a team culture that prioritizes innovation and excellence, empowering employees to develop and deliver standout products that resonate with discerning consumers in the organic markets.
- Implement best practices and continuous improvement initiatives to optimize processes and reduce costs while maintaining product quality and safety standards.
- Co-ordinate with the product development team to develop new products, to innovate and expand the product portfolio, ensuring alignment with market demands and consumer preferences.
- Identify market trends, consumer preferences, and competitive landscape to capitalize on growth opportunities.
- Lead the development of comprehensive marketing campaigns across online and offline channels, including digital advertising, social media, PR and events.
- Identify key target markets for expansion and develop market entry strategies tailored to each region's cultural, regulatory, and consumer preferences.
- Explore opportunities to expand the brand's presence in exclusive retail channels, including partnerships with specialty stores, and health and wellness outlets.
- Continuously analyse market trends, consumer behaviour, and competitive landscape to inform strategic decision-making and course corrections as needed.

Requirement:

- MBA or advanced degree in Marketing
- Minimum 8 years of experience in Senior positions.
- Proven track record of success in senior leadership roles, with a focus on branding, marketing, and business development, preferably within the consumer goods, retail, or ecommerce sectors.
- Extensive experience in sales, marketing, and business development, with a strong understanding of consumer behaviour, market dynamics, and competitive landscape.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing techniques, e-commerce platforms, and omnichannel retail trends.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and inspire stakeholders at all levels.
- Analytical mindset, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
