**Role Description**

This is a full-time on-site role for a Telecaller at Frankfinn Institute of Air Hostess Training - Kochi. The Telecaller will be responsible for making outbound calls to prospective students, guiding them on course curriculum, handling enquiries, fixing appointments with counselors, maintaining records of communication, and achieving daily targets.

**Qualifications**
- 12th / Graduate
- Min. 1yr experience or Fresher.
- Excellent verbal communication and convincing skills
- Experienced in making outbound calls, handling both inbound and outbound customer calls, and generating leads
- Ability to understand the course curriculum and student requirements
- Fluent in both English and the local language
- Prior experience in the education industry is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in any stream

**Salary**

Ranges between Rs. 10,000/- to 15,000/- per month.

**Age Limit**

Below 40

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
