**Position Summary: -**
We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master with a track record of at least 4+ years in leading SCRUM teams. In this role, you will be responsible for effectively managing teams within an Agile development environment. Your duties will include overseeing all SCRUM ceremonies, such as daily scrums, user story grooming, sprint planning, and retrospectives. You will also utilize burn down charts and sprint team velocity tracking to provide accurate and up-to-date insights into sprint health. Your commitment to promoting collaboration, ensuring timely delivery, and maximizing team productivity in alignment with Agile principles will be crucial to your success.**Experience**
- 4+ years of experience in handling SCRUM teams.**Qualification**
- Holds a degree in Computer Science or a related field.- Certified Scrum Professional (CSP) or Certified Product Owner (CSPO) or other relevant certifications.**Responsibilities**:
Drive agile ceremonies (SCRUM) and ensure the team is adhering to Agile practices.- Regularly update and maintain real-time visibility of work and sprint progress.- Present meaningful metrics for plans and deliverables, including tasks, backlog tracking, burndown metrics, velocity, and user stories.- Facilitate all SCRUM ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-up, iteration planning, sprint review, iteration retrospective, story grooming, and sprint demos.- Facilitate effective release planning and release management.- Liaise with technical staff to ensure a full understanding of user stories and business reasons.- Collaborate with the Product Management Team to discuss new requirements and contribute to the product backlog.**Skills Required**:
Expertise in agile frameworks such as SCRUM, Kanban, SAFe, etc.- Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile procedures to anticipate development team needs.- Excellent facilitation, negotiation, and coaching skills.- Ability to understand and represent both the business and technology aspects.- Good sense of prioritization and time management.- Ability to make effective independent decisions.- Familiarity with Agile tools like JIRA, ADO.- Certified Scrum Professional (CSP) or Certified Product Owner (CSPO) or other relevant certifications.**About the company**- Ensemble Health Partners has the second-largest share in the RCM space in the US Market with 7000+ professionals working in the organization.
