- Expert in agile software development methodologies & practices
- Good Knowledge of Agile Frameworks Scrum, SOS, Kanban Scrum and Principles
- Experience in analyzing, planning, implementing and delivering sprint goals
- Expert in conducting daily standups, sprint planning, backlog grooming, demos retrospective meetings
- Experience using JIRA, Confluence, Microsoft office,
- Assess the maturity of scrum team, provide support & coach the team to higher level of maturity & promote continuous process improvement
- Facilitate & lead agile ceremonies, remove impediments faced by team to improve team productivity
- Collaborate with developers, QA team & product owners to break down business requirements into stories & tasks
- Track, monitor & report various agile/scrum metrics & sprint/release progress
- Report and escalate to stakeholders as needed to remove blockers from the team
- Should be able to plan, execute, monitor the project and manage team size of 15+
- Proficient in customer and internal communication, processes and reporting
- Ability to work in a global cross-functional environment collaborating with internal customers to help support and enhance business systems
- Exceptional team building and team management skills, with proven experience managing virtual (including Onsite
- and off-shore) teams in an international environment
- Experience in execution of Full Stack development project on AWS ( Cloud + DevOps) as Scrum Master

**Preferable**:

- Basics of Architecture and Design fundamentals
- Experience with SAFe methodologies

**Salary**: Up to ₹1,067,872.70 per year
