Key Responsibilities:

- **Production Planning and Scheduling**:Develop and implement production schedules, adjusting as needed to meet targets and customer demands.
- **Team Leadership and Supervision**:Supervise, train, and evaluate production staff, including assigning tasks, monitoring performance, and addressing issues.
- **Quality Control**:Enforce quality standards, conduct inspections, and collaborate with quality assurance to address issues and implement corrective actions.
- **Process Optimization**:Analyze and improve production processes, identify areas for efficiency gains, and implement changes.
- **Safety and Compliance**:Ensure a safe working environment by implementing and enforcing safety procedures and complying with relevant regulations.
- **Equipment Maintenance**:Oversee the maintenance and repair of equipment to ensure smooth operation and minimize downtime.
- **Inventory Management**:Monitor and manage inventory levels, coordinating with procurement and logistics to ensure adequate material availability.
- **Communication and Reporting**:Maintain open communication between production staff, management, and other departments, and prepare accurate reports on production progress and performance.

Skills and Qualifications:

- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Technical knowledge of rubber manufacturing processes, equipment, and materials.
- Ability to problem-solve, troubleshoot, and make quick decisions.
- Knowledge of quality control procedures and safety regulations.
- Proficiency in relevant software and systems (e.g., production scheduling, inventory management).
- Experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in the rubber industry.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
