**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- **Marketing Outreach**:

- Assist in implementing marketing strategies to promote HEBE's project management services.
- Identify and reach out to potential clients, stakeholders, and government agencies.
- **Content Development & Management**:

- Create engaging content for social media, newsletters, and company presentations.
- Contribute to marketing materials such as brochures, case studies, and event proposals.
- **Lead Generation & Follow-Up**:

- Research and identify prospective leads through various channels.
- Follow up on leads and schedule client meetings for senior management.
- **Event Coordination**:

- Support in organizing industry events, workshops, and seminars.
- Assist in coordinating with vendors and internal teams for smooth execution of events.
- **Market Research**:

- Conduct research on trends, competitors, and government policies related to project financing and consultancy.
- Prepare periodic reports for management review.
- **Client Relationship Management**:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Provide timely updates and solutions to client inquiries.
- **Reporting and Analysis**:

- Track marketing campaigns and report performance metrics.
- Provide inputs to improve engagement and business outreach.

**Requirements**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- **Experience**: 0-2 years of relevant experience in marketing, business development, or client management. Freshers with strong skills are encouraged to apply.
- **Skills Required**:

- Strong communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong research, analysis, and presentation skills.
- Organizational and time management abilities.
