1. To Monitor the work of Account Assistant related to Sales/Purchases/Expenses Entries

3. Petty Cash handling & steps to minimise the daily expenses

4. Regular Reconciliation of Suppliers & Customers Ledgers to ensure there is no mismatch.

5. Timely Collection of Payment from Customers

6. Timely Suppliers Payment & utility bills payment

7. Timely Suppliers bills collections & ensuring no bills are missed out.

8.Monthly checking of GSTR2B to ensure returns are filed by suppliers & related follow-up.

9.Monitoring Daily purchases by Physically checking the materials received as well as weekly stock audit in the stores dept.

10.Checking work of Stores Dept related to Stock entries, inward-outward, etc

11.Job Costing of every dispatches

13. Preparing various reports & any other works as assigned.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

**Salary**: ₹180,000.00 - ₹250,000.00 per month
