1.To acknowledge clients inquiry on same day.24 hour response to 90% of clients query

**3**To update all current domestic files (airlines and hotels)3To clearly understand clients requirements and provide tailor made solutions as per the request:

- For ticketing: apex - regular, meal & seat preference etc7.1- Itinerary print outs with air ticket and jacket**3.2**:

- For hotels/ packages: usage of hotel/package inquiry form.7.2- Voucher, itinerary with inclusions / exclusions, brochure with hotel / package bookings**4*To use the itinerary format for replying to tour inquiries8To cross sell other travel services to the client - insurance, foreign exchange, hotels etc

**5*To update sales / inquiry report daily (for hotel and package inquiries)9To fill client profile form for new clients - hand over Odyssey brochure**6*To aggressively follow up on inquiries - status to be updated in the report10To get clients to fill the feedback form on return from trip

**Salary**: From ₹15,000.00 per month
