**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES**:

- Responsible to build a relationship with all the practicing doctors in the assigned areas.
- To facilitate the admission, OPD's, diagnostic tests etc. of patients from referred doctors on a continuous basis.
- To monitor competitor activity and have a constant update of new hospitals opening in the vicinity.
- Planning & Prioritization of work schedule, so as to meet all assigned doctors for business development.
- To meet specific targets and deadlines.
- To be a part of conferences/seminars/promotional activities whenever necessary.
- To be part of the Quality Improvement Initiative and protocols of the organization.

**job requirement**:

- 1 - excellent communication skills and ability to develop strong relationship.
- 2- pharma/medical equipment sales background preferred, though not mandatory.
- 3- successful sales experience is mandatory
- 4- basic computer knowledge (word, excel, ppt)
