FnK Advisory is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Purchase Coordinator with 2-4 years of experience to manage procurement activities for our bakery and pastry operations. The role involves sourcing high-quality ingredients, packaging, and supplies, maintaining inventory, coordinating with suppliers, and ensuring timely deliveries to meet production needs.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Source and procure ingredients, packaging, and supplies based on production schedules.

2. Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure optimal stock levels.

3. Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.

4. Negotiate pricing and terms with vendors to secure the best value for the company.

5. Monitor supplier performance to ensure quality, reliability, and cost-effectiveness.

6. Collaborate with production and finance teams to align on procurement needs and budgets.

7. Manage purchase orders and ensure compliance with company policies.

Product: Artisanal Frozen bread (Bakery Products)

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent; higher certification in culinary arts preferred
- 2-4 years of experience in purchasing or supply chain management, preferably in the food industry.

**Skills**:

- Good understanding of food, health, and safety regulations
- Strong negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of inventory management systems and procurement processes.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
