**Responsibilities**
- Work closely with PMs, Designers, to define the messaging and copy throughout the product.
- Improve the existing communication on the app to be clear, concise, and consistent.
- Create, enforce and maintain the UX copy style guide, for the VWO app and the communications sent from the product.
- Collaborate with external translators to get the translations into local languages.
- Plan and execute user testing of your messaging when required.

**Requirements**:

- At least 2 years of experience in UX writing or writing content for user interfaces.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail that impact voice and tone.
- Work samples demonstrating experience creating user-centered solutions.
- Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time.
- Excellent interpersonal skills as this role depend heavily on collaboration.
- Passion and drive to improve user experience.

**Good to have**
- Experience writing for B2B SaaS products/web apps.
- Basic design experience or familiarity with design tools like Figma, Sketch.
