**About the Role**

The Investor Success Associate is crucial in ensuring that our onboarded angel investors receive exceptional post-investment support, enhancing their loyalty and encouraging them to become advocates for our ventures. This role is committed to understanding our investors' needs, providing them with timely insights on their investments, and fostering a sense of community and belonging.

**Location**: On-site, South Delhi

**Salary Range**: INR 25,000- 30,000 (per month) + Variable

**Responsibilities**
- 1. Investor Retention:_
- Develop and implement strategies to ensure the continuous engagement of our investors.
- Provide investors with periodic updates on the progress, milestones, and financial performance of their investments.
- 2. Investor Loyalty:_
- Organize exclusive investor events, workshops, and webinars to offer added value.
- Proactively address any concerns or queries raised by the investors.
- Collaborate with the Investment Advisor to ensure smooth transition and consistent experience for the investors.
- 3. Investor Advocacy:_
- Create opportunities for satisfied investors to share their positive experiences, potentially through testimonials, case studies, or referrals.
- Implement a structured referral program, rewarding investors for bringing in new potential investors.
- Conduct regular feedback sessions and surveys to gather insights on improving the investor experience.
- 4. Continuous Engagement:_
- Develop and distribute a regular investor newsletter, highlighting venture successes, upcoming opportunities, and market trends.
- Organize annual or bi-annual face-to-face meetings or virtual meetings with investors to strengthen relationships.

**Requirements/Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field.
- 1+ years of experience in customer or investor relations, account management, or a related role.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong analytical abilities to track investor satisfaction metrics and feedback.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to anticipate investor needs.

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
