We are seeking an organized and proactive **Office Assistance**:
**Responsibilities**
- Manage schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting.
- Attend Clients visiting our premises.
- Organize files, records, and office supplies.
- Making calls to clients, customer & Vendors.
- Assist with personal tasks, including errands and event coordination.
- Briefing our products to Customer
- Observing best business practices and etiquette.
**Requirements**:
- Fresher or Experience Office Assistant/Secretary or similar role.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Mails, Googling.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills(English & Hindi).
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Discretion and professionalism.
**Location**: Howrah - Opposite Avani Riverside Mall
**Employment Type**: Full-time (10.30a.m. to 7.30 p.m.)
