We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative to join Maatir at Terminal 2 at Mumbai Airport (international departures).

As a Brand Representative, you will play a crucial role in promoting our brand, engaging with travellers, and maximizing revenue opportunities.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Achieve and exceed sales targets by proactively engaging with airport travelers and promoting our range of souvenir products.
- Provide personalized assistance and recommendations to customers, enhancing their shopping experience and encouraging repeat business.
- Maintain a deep understanding of our product offerings, including their features, benefits, and cultural significance, to effectively communicate value to customers.
- Ensure merchandise displays are visually appealing, well-stocked, and organized to attract customer attention and drive sales.
- Monitor inventory levels, request for replenishment of stock as needed, and participate in regular inventory counts to maintain optimal product availability.
- Collaborate with team members on the shop floor and with management to implement sales strategies.
- Uphold high standards of customer service, professionalism, and integrity in all interactions with customers, colleagues, and airport personnel.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous retail sales experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills in Hindi and English, with the ability to engage and connect with diverse customers.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Enthusiastic, self-motivated, and results-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required by airport operations.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift and move merchandise and to keep display looking perfect at all times.

**Salary**:

- 3,00,000 per annum, plus a bonus of 1% of sales at location, which at current revenue level is 5000 per month. Total per month compensation is expected to be in the range of 30 to 35,000.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Evening shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission pay
