**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle day-to-day accounting, ledger scrutiny, and journal entries in compliance with applicable standards.
- Support statutory and internal audit processes, including audit documentation and follow-ups.
- Prepare financial reports including Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss Account, and Cash Flow Statements.
- Build and maintain MIS reports, variance analysis, and financial dashboards using Excel.
- Reconcile bank accounts, vendor and customer ledgers, and other key accounts.
- Ensure preparation of Financials statements.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial data interpretation for management.
- Coordinate with external auditors, consultants, and internal teams for financial reviews.

**Required Skills**:

- Passed CA Inter (Both Groups preferred)
- 1-3 years of experience in audit and accounting roles
- Strong knowledge of accounting standards and financial reporting
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Charts, etc.)
- Experience with Tally/QuickBooks or any ERP is a plus
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Articleship from a mid-sized or large CA firm
- Exposure to multi-client accounting or audit assignments
- Basic knowledge of Accounting and Audit Compliances

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
