Job Title: Finance Executive (CA Semi Qualified)

**Job Description**:
Key Responsibilities:
1. **Project Loan Management**: Facilitate the procurement and management of project loans, ensuring adherence to financial guidelines and timely disbursements.

2. **Financial Analysis**: Conduct comprehensive financial analysis to support decision-making processes, including profitability assessments, budgeting, and forecasting.

3. **Regulatory Compliance**: Maintain compliance with regulatory bodies such as RERA (Real Estate Regulatory Authority), ensuring all necessary filings and documentation are accurate and up to date.

4. **Invoice Management**: Oversee the invoicing process, verifying accuracy and completeness of invoices, and coordinating with relevant stakeholders for timely payments.

5. **Taxation**:Assist in income tax calculations, filings, and compliance, staying abreast of relevant tax laws and regulations to minimize tax liabilities.

6. **Account Finalization**: Collaborate with the finance team to ensure accurate and timely finalization of accounts, including preparation of financial statements and related documentation.

Key Skills Required:

- Strong grasp of finance principles and practices.
- Proficiency in project loan management and documentation.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements, particularly RERA.
- Experience in invoice management and vendor coordination.
- Understanding of income tax laws and compliance procedures.
- Ability to contribute effectively to the finalization of accounts.
- CA Inter/CMA Inter qualification or equivalent is preferred.

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
