**Job Title**: Telecaller - Jewelry Industry

**Location**: Kishanpole Bazar

**Job Type**: Full-Time

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote and sell jewelry products.
- Explain product details, benefits, and features to customers effectively.
- Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide accurate information about the products.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
- Follow up on customer leads and ensure timely closure of sales.
- Meet daily/weekly/monthly call targets and sales goals.
- Keep a detailed record of all customer interactions, feedback, and sales outcomes.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to enhance outreach strategies.
- Stay updated on new product launches and industry trends.

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree in any field is a plus.
- Proven experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales (experience in the jewelry industry is an advantage).
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Persuasive, customer-focused, and results-driven.
- Basic knowledge of jewelry products or a willingness to learn.
- Ability to handle customer queries and provide excellent service.
- Comfortable working with CRM systems and basic computer skills.
- Ability to work in a team and independently with mínimal supervision.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
