With magnificent standalone events facilities, the hotel will also host some of the city’s grandest weddings, with a ballroom, banquet room, pavilion, and banquet lawn that can host thousands of guests for multi-day celebrations.
- To look after guest safety, and address any guest issues as quickly as possible, ensuring that they are completely happy with the work done.
- Reading and interpreting blueprints to assess or plan plumbing installations and layouts.
- Installing, maintaining, and repairing plumbing systems and fixtures.
- Fitting and repairing various household appliances.
- Cutting, welding, and assembling pipes, tubes, fittings, and fixtures.
- Inspecting and testing plumbing systems for safety, functionality, and code compliance.
- Handling customer queries and responding to callouts.
- Troubleshooting and resolving problems
- To complete activities on the preventive maintenance schedule as specified in hotel plans.
- To look after all the tools supplprofessionally supplied by the Hotel correctly maintain and deposit them after finishing the shift.

**Qualifications**
- High school diploma, GED, or suitable equivalent.
- 1+ year experience as an HVAC technician, and willingness to continue education in the HVAC field.
- Understanding of advanced principles of air conditioning, refrigeration, and heating.
- Working knowledge of boiler systems.
- Proficient in balancing air and water treatment systems in line with HVAC protocols
- Installing, maintaining, and repairing ventilation and air conditioning systems and equipment.
- Identifying maintenance risks on equipment.
- Diagnosing electrical and mechanical faults for HVAC systems.

**Additional Information**
- Minimum 3 years supervisory experience in a 5-star hotel
- Supervisory Level
- Various trades like Plumbing, HVAC, and Mechanical etc.

- Building Fire Safety & Fire Fighting
- Awareness of swimming pool water quality treatment
- Experience in computer-based planned preventive maintenance and work order system
