**Responsibilities (Helper Duties)**:

- Assist HVAC technicians on job sites with installations, maintenance, and repairs.
- Carry tools, equipment, and materials to and from the work area.
- Help with the setup and cleanup of job sites.
- Assist in lifting and positioning HVAC units and components (under supervision and with appropriate safety measures).
- Learn basic HVAC tasks and provide support as directed by the technicians.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment on job sites and in the company vehicle.
- Follow safety procedures and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times.
- Assist with warehouse duties, such as organizing inventory and loading/unloading deliveries, when not on field assignments.
- Perform other general labor duties as required to support the operational needs of the company.

**Qualifications**:

- Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team.
- Good communication skills in Hindi.
- Punctuality and reliability are essential.
- Willingness to work flexible hours as required by project schedules.
- Basic mechanical aptitude is a plus.

Pay: ₹9,185.72 - ₹13,287.30 per month
