**Job Overview**
**Key Responsibilities -**:
**Greet and welcome visitors in a courteous and professional manner**
**Answer and direct incoming phone calls to appropriate departments or staff**
**Maintain the reception area to ensure it is clean and organized**
**Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages**
**Schedule appointments and manage meeting room bookings**
**Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and documentation**
**Maintain visitor logs and issue visitor badges**
**Support other departments with general office duties as needed**
**Qualifications and Skills -**:
**High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree is a plus)**
**Proven experience as a receptionist, front desk representative, or similar role**
**Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)**
**Excellent verbal and written communication skills**
**Strong organizational and multitasking abilities**
**Professional appearance and attitude**
**Ability to handle confidential information with integrity**
