**Responsibilities**:

- Understand client requirements for functionality, style, and budget to create personalized design solutions.
- Develop detailed interior designs, including mood boards, layouts, and 3D visualizations.
- Source and procure furnishings, materials, and décor items while maintaining alignment with the client’s preferences and project budget.
- Collaborate with contractors, architects, and suppliers to ensure seamless execution of design plans.
- Maintain and nurture strong relationships with clients through clear communication and regular updates.
- Stay updated on the latest trends in interior design, materials, and technologies to offer innovative solutions.
- Prepare and present design proposals, including project timelines, budgets, and aesthetic concepts, to clients.
- Evaluate and implement client feedback to refine designs and ensure satisfaction.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality results.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- Proven experience in interior design or a similar role.
- Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, or other visualisation tools.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively across various projects.
- Keen attention to detail and an eye for aesthetics.
- Knowledge of materials, furnishings, and current design trends.
- Self-motivated, resourceful, and driven to meet client needs.
- A portfolio showcasing previous design projects is highly desirable.
- Very well groomed.
