**Overview**:
We are seeking experienced and dedicated nurses to join our team as on-call or locum nurses in our Outpatient Department (OPD). This role offers flexibility and the opportunity to work on a casual basis, providing essential nursing care to patients in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Patient Care**:
- Assess, monitor, and triage patients upon arrival.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Perform basic nursing procedures, including wound care, dressing changes, and injections.
- Educate patients and their families on health conditions, medications, and self-care.
**Clinical Support**:
- Assist physicians during consultations and procedures.
- Prepare patients for examinations and treatments.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.
- Knowledge on infection control and biomedical waste management
- Knowledge on proper sterilization and disfection procedures
**Phlebotomy**:
- Perform blood draw/ phlebotomy.
- Responsible collecting, labelling and dispatching of specimens accurately
**Administrative Duties**:
- Manage patient flow and scheduling.
- Stock and maintain medical supplies and equipment.
- Adhere to infection control protocols and safety guidelines.
**Qualifications and Skills**:
- **B.Sc Nursing/ G.N.M/ A.N.M -** registered in good standing.
- Previous experience in an OPD or similar setting.
- Strong clinical skills and knowledge of medical procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work 1 various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Shift requirement : 4 hour shift - 8:30 -12:30 or 16:30 - 20:30.
**Job Type**: Part-time
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
Expected hours: 28 per week
