- Generate and send out invoices to customers accurately and promptly.
- Review billing data for accuracy and completeness before invoicing.
- Monitor accounts receivable to ensure timely collection of payments.
- Handle billing inquiries from customers.
- Maintain billing records and update customer information as needed.
- Prepare and distribute periodic billing reports to management.
- Assist in the implementation of billing software and systems upgrades.
- Stay updated on industry regulations and best practices related to billing processes.
- Participate in cross-functional teams to improve billing efficiency and effectiveness.

Skills and Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or related field preferred.
- Proven experience (1-3 years) in billing, accounts receivable, or related roles.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and analysis.
- Familiarity with billing software and systems
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to resolve billing discrepancies effectively.

**Salary**: ₹17,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
