**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES OF BILLING EXECUTIVE**

**The following will be the duties and responsibilities of Billing Executive.**

1. Documentation & Reconciliation of Accounts for organizations on Panel (Government organization & TPA’s).

2. Preparation, Documentation & submission of Panel Billing / General Billing.

3. Maintain the account of collection regarding Department, Doctors, and Panels.

4. Complete all the documentation related to the Corporate Patients.

5. Supervision of staff related to Cash/Credit Billing.

6. Maintain the data of consultants on sharing basis.

7. Daily updation of Hospital Inpatient Census for pending payments, cashless / approval status in TPA cases.

8. Checking of daily inpatient bills for accuracy and correct item charging

9. Sending discharge file to the respective Company / TPA for processing of claims.

10. Answering queries of active as well as passive patients by TPA / Company.

11. Updation of Hospital Tariff periodically in conjunction with Hospital Tariff Committee.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
