**Role Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Handle **domestic and international flight bookings** through GDS (Amadeus/Galileo/Sabre) and airline portals
- Book **IRCTC train tickets** and manage cancellations/changes when required
- Manage **LCC bookings** (Indigo, SpiceJet, Go First, Akasa Air, Air Asia, etc.) directly on airline portals
- Process **reissuance, cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds** as per airline norms
- Coordinate with **suppliers, operations, and customer service teams** to resolve booking issues
- Stay updated on airline circulars, offers, and fare rules in the Indian market
- Maintain accurate documentation and invoicing for all bookings
- Provide **customer support** related to ticketing queries before and after travel

**Requirements**:

- 1-3 years of proven experience in ticketing (domestic & international)
- Proficiency in **Amadeus / Galileo / Sabre** (mandatory)
- Knowledge of **IRCTC and LCC airline portals**:

- Strong communication & problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and ability to handle high volumes
- Knowledge of visa, travel insurance, and group bookings will be an added advantage
