**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- **Accounting and Financial Analysis**:

- Assist in maintaining accurate financial records and preparing financial reports.
- Perform variance analysis of budgets vs actuals.
- Reconcile accounts and handle daily accounting operations.
- **Taxation and Compliance**:

- Support the preparation and filing of GST, TDS, and other statutory returns.
- Ensure compliance with SEBI, RBI, and other regulatory requirements.
- Conduct research on recent updates in tax laws and financial regulations.
- **Audit Assistance**:

- Aid in internal and external audit processes.
- Review and verify compliance with company policies and procedures.
- **Portfolio and Risk Management**:

- Analyze client portfolios and provide insights to improve returns.
- Assist in risk assessments related to share broking transactions.
- **Stock Market Operations**:

- Monitor stock market trends and prepare reports on market developments.
- Assist in trading and investment decision-making processes.
- **MIS Reporting**:

- Prepare regular management information system (MIS) reports for review.
- Support senior management with financial insights and data visualization.
- **Client Engagement**:

- Support the team in preparing investment proposals and reports for clients.
- Resolve client queries related to financial statements, tax matters, and portfolio performance.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Pursuing Chartered Accountancy (CA) - Articleship period or post-CA Intermediate.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Knowledge of stock markets, trading platforms, and financial instruments.
- Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and handle multiple tasks effectively.

Pay: ₹180,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
