**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Accounting & Financial Reporting**:

- Prepare and maintain financial statements in compliance with accounting standards.
- Assist in general ledger reconciliation and finalization of accounts.
- Work on MIS reports, budgeting, and variance analysis.

**Taxation & Compliance**:

- Assist in GST, TDS, and Income Tax return preparation and filings.
- Ensure timely compliance with tax laws and regulatory requirements.
- Support in tax audits and assessments.

**Audit & Internal Controls**:

- Assist in statutory and internal audits.
- Ensure adherence to audit procedures and internal controls.
- Prepare audit schedules and liaise with auditors.

**Finance & Costing**:

- Analyze financial data for cost optimization.
- Support in financial forecasting and risk management.
- Handle bank reconciliations and fund flow management.

**Required Skills & Competencies**:

- Strong knowledge of **Accounting Standards, Taxation Laws, and Auditing Procedures**.
- Proficiency in **Tally, SAP, or other accounting software**.
- Good command of **Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint**.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Completed **Articleship from a reputed firm**.
- Prior experience in **Accounting, Taxation, or Audit roles** is an added advantage.

**Salary**: Competitive, based on experience and skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹800,000.00 per year
